The breed

The Tibetan Terrier is a medium-sized, sturdy dog with a distinctive long, double coat that can be straight or wavy. Its hair often falls over the eyes, giving it a shaggy, charming appearance. Colors vary widely and include white, black, gold, brindle, and combinations of these shades. Despite its name, it is not a true terrier; the breed originated in Tibet as a companion and watchful household dog.

Tibetan Terriers are generally affectionate, intelligent, and lively, with a strong attachment to their families. They tend to be alert and observant around unfamiliar people, sometimes showing a reserved side until they feel comfortable. Playful and agile, they often enjoy being involved in family activity while also retaining an independent, thoughtful streak.

Are you looking for a lively companion to join family activities and keep you company? Consider the Tibetan Terrier for that role.
