The breed

The Silky Terrier is a small, refined toy terrier with a long, smooth, glossy coat that parts down the back. Its hair is usually blue and tan, giving the breed a distinctive elegant look. Silky Terriers have a compact build, wedge-shaped head, alert dark eyes, and upright V-shaped ears. Despite their delicate appearance, they carry themselves with lively confidence.

Silky Terriers are bright, spirited, and curious dogs with classic terrier boldness. They tend to be affectionate and loyal with their families while remaining alert to activity around them. Playful and energetic, they often enjoy being involved in household life and can have an independent, determined streak. Their expressive personality and confident nature make them seem larger than their small size.

Are you looking for a small, spirited companion to keep up with an active household? Consider the Silky Terrier for that role.
