The breed

Corgis are small, sturdy herding dogs with long bodies, short legs, upright ears, and bright, expressive faces. Their coats are dense and weather-resistant, commonly seen in red, sable, fawn, or tricolor patterns with white markings. There are two main types: the Pembroke Welsh Corgi, often recognized by its very short or absent tail, and the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, which has a longer tail and slightly larger frame.

Known for their lively, affectionate nature, Corgis are alert, intelligent, and confident. They often form close bonds with their families and enjoy being involved in everyday activity. Their herding background can make them observant and purposeful, while their playful personalities give them a cheerful, spirited character.

Are you looking for a small, lively companion to join family activities and keep watch around the home? Consider a Corgi for that role.
