By synching your Google business calendar with your Petworks account, you can manage your availability and enable pet parents who have booked you to easily schedule an appointment with you.
Here is how you can synch your Google Calendar with your Petworks account. Please take a few minutes to view the following three YouTube video tutorials:

A Few Important Updates & Notes:
- In Step 3, “Allow parents to schedule” now reads “Enable scheduling for the service”.
- Step 3 is only for “book now” (pricing package) bookings.
- The Step 3 video doesn’t show how to enable scheduling for a custom quote, which is similar, but done at the time you create the quote, rather than when you accept the booking. This is because you don’t have to ‘accept’ custom quote bookings – because you are the one who created them.
- Step 3 is done each time you are booked, whereas Step 1 and Step 2 only have to be done once.
- If you connected your calendar a long time ago, you might have to disconnect and reconnect if you’re running into issues. You’re welcome to email [email protected] if you need assistance. When you disconnect and reconnect your calendar, you do need to redo Step 2, which could be somewhat time consuming.
