Amanda Base

We've been going there for about 6 months now for obedience training. Amanda is so kind and patient with our puppy. We've really enjoyed the opportunity to get AKC certified right during class when we've met the behavioral milestones, and are looking forward to completing our Canine Good Citizen.

Amanda was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Discussing and scheduling our dog training sessions was simple and straightforward. I also felt her fees were really reasonable. With regards to training—she was very sweet with our dog and provided him with the space and opportunity to learn new and valuable skills. After having just two full sessions with her, I feel that my husband and I have learned a lot of really useful skills that we can continue to use and build on at home. I would definitely recommend her training services.

Amanda is an amazing trainer. Our dog has high anxiety over lots of quirky things that are too many to mention. Amanda has taken her from unable to walk in public or go running on trails to becoming able to walk around a store and except treats from strangers. Our dog is a work in progress, but we are grateful for her growth with Amanda’s help.

Amanda is amazing with dogs! Our little puppers has gotten so great at walking and following basic commands! If you are looking for someone to work one on one with you on the problems you are having with your dog, she's the one to go too!! You can truly see she loves these animals, it shows during her training.

Amanda was amazing! My pup went from getting so anxious around other dogs he would throw up to being able to comfortably approach and sniff another dog in a single session. She taught me everything I need to know to continue helping me ease my dogs anxiety with other dogs. Her rates are very fair, and she didn’t try to rope me into any extra sessions we didn’t need. I’d absolutely recommend Amanda to anyone!

Amanda is an exceptional trainer and very accommodating. Her experience with training was top notch and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She was able to help teach my 6 moth old Aussie to not be afraid of people and other dogs, as well as get him to be more obedient in general. Thanks Amanda!
