The first step is to have an evaluation so that we can talk in depth about what's been going on with your fur child.

We'll then discuss all of the areas of your cat's life to find out if they are being fulfilled properly, which will reduce their stress level to help them be able to learn new ways of thinking to reduce or eliminate their anxiety.

When we are done, I'll give you some things to get started on to solve the problem.

A day or two after our meeting, I'll send you your homework, which describes everything we talked about in detail, so you can refer to what you need to do until we meet again.
