Shauna was amazing! She really took her time to look at my cat holistically to make sure there weren’t other issues causing his litter box problems, including conflict with my other cat. Her advice helped cure our problem of daily poop outside the box and has also led to healthier, happier cats! She also gave me lots of great pet safety tips. Highly recommend!

She is amazing. I’ve minimized my litter box issue and it’s almost completely stopped now.

I brought testosterone cream into the home, not knowing that it was going to cause such a stir. Within a couple of days one of my cats started showing aggression and the other one started marking. It’s been a journey. I’m grateful for all of Shauna’s suggestions. Been a lifesaver.

She also follows up, which is really sweet.
