Shauna was amazing! She really took her time to look at my cat holistically to make sure there weren’t other issues causing his litter box problems, including conflict with my other cat. Her advice helped cure our problem of daily poop outside the box and has also led to healthier, happier cats! She also gave me lots of great pet safety tips. Highly recommend!

She is amazing. I’ve minimized my litter box issue and it’s almost completely stopped now.

I brought testosterone cream into the home, not knowing that it was going to cause such a stir. Within a couple of days one of my cats started showing aggression and the other one started marking. It’s been a journey. I’m grateful for all of Shauna’s suggestions. Been a lifesaver.

She also follows up, which is really sweet.

We contacted Shauna to help us introduce two older cats. We had tried for a month or so before contacting her and it was not going well. Shauna had tons of suggestions ranging from the introduction plans to their general diet and well being. After implementing some of the changes we saw some pretty big differences in their health. Shauna worked with us for months to get the cats used to each other. Unfortunately, the new cat is a mix of anxious and aggressive whenever our cat is around and after 6 months of trying we are now considering other homes for our new cat. We are still going to do the steps Shauna suggested one more time but with how intense the new cat is we believe it will be a long time before this works. Shauna gave great advice and was always eager to help.

Sometimes, the best thing to do isn't what we've had our hearts set on as it's not the best for the animal.

You clearly understand this and have convinced me that she needs to be in a home as the only cat.

It's going to be hard for all of us to say goodbye to her, but it's comforting to know that she will be very happy in her new home and can be visited to say hello from time to time.

I'm happy to work with you if and when you want to adopt another kitty to be a companion for Chandler.
