Sarge’s Doody Patrol Pet Waste Removal - Girard, OH

Our Initial Clean prior to starting Weekly Services begin at $30.00 and are dependent on the number of dogs. Our initial clean is for when the yard has not been cleaned for two weeks. This will get your yard ready for weekly cleans.
$25.00 for 1 dog
$30.00 for 2 dogs
$35.00 for 3 dogs
$45.00 for 4 dogs
This will include two five gallon buckets. Anything over is additional $15.00 per bucket.

*Rates are dependent on an average size yard of 1/8 of an acre.

Our Weekly Visits Start at $12.00.

Weekly visits are dependent on number of dogs and size of your yard. We base our prices on a standard yard of 1/8 of an acre. It includes either a front, side, or backyard. Additional spaces and larger lots will require a quote.

Weekly Cleanings-

1 dog start at $12.00
2 dogs start at $ 15.00
3 dogs start at $20.00
4 dogs start at $25.00

Please inquire for a more accurate quote if you feel you need additional space, have a larger yard, or have more than 4 dogs. We would be more than happy to hear from you.

Please read below to review our Terms of Service carefully before you agree to dog waste removal services from Sarge’s Doody Patrol.

Pet Waste Removal Services

Sarge’s offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services. The services we provide- include weekly, bi-weekly, one-time cleanups, and seasonal/bulk cleans. We do offer some add-on services. All prices are based on an area of 1/8th of an acre. Larger yards will have an additional charge. Prices are also subject to change at any time.

Biling

If you would like to signup for weekly or bi-weekly scooping services, Sarge’s requires a saved debit/credit card on file. If you have chosen a service plan, the total will be charged to your card on file on the 5th of every month. Pricing will reflect per visit.
If the card on file is declined, we will contact you to make other arrangements. If we are unable to contact you, we will discontinue the services immediately until the issue has been resolved.
All major credit cards are accepted.

Additional Fees

Late Payment fee of $5 will be added to each bill that is late. Payment is due on the 5th of each month. Bill becomes late on the 10th of each month.

Yard Access

The customer understands if on the scheduled day of service, Sarge’s Doody Patrol cannot access the area needing cleaned, due to locked/blocked gates, or dogs in the yard; the scoop will be skipped, and charges will still apply.
Pets must remain indoors while services are performed until dog and technician feel comfortable with each other. Gates will be properly secured and a picture will be taken when the technician is exiting your property after each visit.

Yard Maintenance

It is very important to keep your yard maintained. If your yard is not maintained (i.e fallen leaves, long grass, plants, or weed overgrowth) it becomes difficult to ensure we see all the dog waste. We will always try to do our best to clean up the poop in your yard; however, fallen leaves and long grass can camouflage dog poop extremely well, making it difficult to find.
If we cannot see the dog waste, we cannot scoop it.

Weather

In the event of unsafe or inclement weather*, we will come to your residence when the weather clears or as soon as the schedule allows.
We do not offer refunds for missed days, as we work with you to assure another cleanup day.
Additionally, we do not want to tear up your yard in any way. If it is extremely muddy, we may opt to skip your yard and wait until the next scheduled visit when things have dried out.

Holidays

Sarge’s Doody Patrol does not provide services on the following holidays: Memorial Day, The 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. If your scoop falls on these days, we will skip your service that week and pickup the following week. We will still have to do the work and pickup all the dog waste from the week prior.

Revisions

Sarge’s Doody Patrol provides the above services to you subject to the agreement of the terms, which may be amended from time to time without notice to you.
