What year did you begin serving pets?

How did you hone your craft?

Through the experience of counseling thousands of grieving pet parents as well as a background in human resources and employee development, I learned so much about connecting with a wide range of personalities and how to help them. Being a grieving pet parent myself gave me first hand knowledge of what pet loss grief feels like. We are still living in a culture that does not completely understand the relationship between hearts, were working on it!

What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?

Live in the moment. This relationship is a gift to celebrate.

What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!

I understand what they are going through, I've been there and I want to help them find their way to the other side of grief
