Patt's Pet Portraits - Watercolour and Acrylic - Nationwide
My unique portraits are custom-made, hand painted, original works of art.. I do not use computers or fancy printers.
As a full time, artist/painter I work in water media. Portraits will be created with Watercolour or Acrylic Paint on archival paper or canvas.
Send me your pet photos via PetWorks. Once received, I will contact you (I prefer phone call).
I am happy to send you photos of work in progress if you would like.
Together we will design your pet portrait, determine size, media, etc.
I want to hear your description/rendition of your beloved pets’ personality!
It is important to me to know you as well – making sure you will be completely satisfied.
To create the best possible portrait of your pet, I need a good photograph to work from. In general, the better the photo, the better the finished painting will be.
For a memorial portrait, send me what you have, and I will do my best with them. This is a specialty of mine and is a heartwarming process to help humans preserve the memory of their pet who has crossed over. A hand-painted pet memorial portrait is a wonderful way to cherish and remember them.
Hopefully, all photos will be sharp and clear enough to see the details of the fur, feather, or fin.
Please Include a close up of their eyes.
Tips: Get down to eye level with your pet. Prefer a natural light – please, no flash photos.
For a dark animal use a light background, with a light or white animal use a dark background.
We are off to a great start! Please contact and book me on Petworks. Thank you.
