We are a full-service company and our services also provide routine home care for no additional fees such as using security systems, rotating lights, watering in and outdoor plants, collecting and sorting mail, taking out the trash, and even filling bird feeders. We will feed, medicate, love, and provide potty breaks, clean litter boxes, give daily exercise walks, take dogs to the dog park, transport pets to the groomer or veterinarian and buy and deliver food and supplies. We also provide move-in care, our most exclusive service, offering complete home and pet care while your pets get to stay in their own home. Several of our sitters also keep dogs in their homes as guest dogs. This service has become very popular for special needs pets (the very young, geriatric, or those with medical needs) and also, the extremely spoiled. We are not a kennel and dogs that stay in the sitter’s homes are treated as a family pet. We also help with new puppy care, consulting on behavior, exercising, potty training, and all-important dog socialization. We have provided puppy and adult dog daycare with small groups of dogs working on proper socialization and challenging games, swimming, and fun.

We are uniquely qualified to care for puppies, geriatric, or special needs pets, including those with health issues or needing medication. Some of the pets in our care include those that are blind, deaf, diabetic, have heart conditions or cancer, are behaviorally challenged, or paralyzed. We also care for those in surgical recovery, are feral, or in hospice. Our providers are all well trained personally by Sherri, the owner, a Registered Veterinary Nurse.

Pet sitting is personalized to your pet’s own unique needs and therefore prices vary (please see our Services page). We are happy to quote our fees when we have a better understanding of your individual requests. Midday dog walks start at $20. PetWorks Cancellation Policy Pet Care Professional's Own Policy If a pet care professional has published their own cancellation or refund policy, that policy governs the refund of the service amount only. Any PetWorks fees, including the Care Coverage Fee and Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee, are governed by this PetWorks Cancellation Policy and not by the pet care professional's policy. Pet Parent Cancels If the pet care professional has not published their own cancellation policy, the service amount is refundable only if the pet parent cancels at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the booking. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable for the service amount. The Care Coverage Fee is non-refundable when a pet parent cancels, regardless of timing and regardless of whether the pet care professional has their own cancellation policy. Pet Parent No-Show If a pet parent does not show up for a confirmed booking, no refund will be issued for the service amount or the Care Coverage Fee. Pet Care Professional Cancels If a pet care professional cancels a confirmed booking, the pet parent receives a 100% refund of everything they paid, including the Care Coverage Fee. The pet care professional receives no payment for the canceled service and is charged a Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee equal to 10% of the service amount, up to a maximum of $150. PetWorks may collect this fee by deducting it from a future payout through PetWorks or by other means if no future payout is available. Policy in Effect at Booking The cancellation rules that apply to a booking, including any pet care professional cancellation policy on file and the Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee rate, are those that were in effect when the booking was confirmed.
