I am a CPDT-KA dog trainer that uses positive, force-free, science base methods. I also own a dog daycare and boarding facility focusing on safe and enriching social environments for dogs! I have a lifetime of experience with dogs and share my home with my husband and two loving dogs, Flint and Rolo. I am certified through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers as a Certified Professional Dog Trainer - Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA). I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Archaeology/Anthropology in 2011 and graduated with honors from Animal Behavior College in 2015. I am an active member of The Association of Professional Dog Trainers and The Pet Professional Guild. I participate in continuing education and have a special interest in training fear and reactivity cases. I am a positive Professional Dog Trainer and only use science based, positive, force free methods. I began my training career at a facility in Anchorage, teaching group classes and private lessons, before creating Howling Peaks in 2017.
