You and Your Dog Training & Services strives at bettering the lives of dogs through communication and positive reinforcement with evidence based training. We offer free puppy socialization groups, group classes for puppies and adult dogs, private lessons, and one hour workshops for flexible scheduling.
We build communication with dogs by working with them, not against them. This is done by understanding dog behavior and using the individual dog's natural desires to our training/communication advantage. We give you the skills to then apply at home with your daily dog communications.

How did you hone your craft?
I received my BS, focusing on animal behavior with the intention of going to veterinary school. I also spent many years volunteering at local shelters and rescues. These two paths lead me to dog training school, shadowing, training, and now running my own business for the past 5 years.
What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?
Dogs do not lie. Trust the information they are sharing with you.
What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!
Canine communication is my passion, but helping people communicate and strengthen their bond with their dogs is the most rewarding part of my job..
