So how does this all work?

Pop Up Photo Studios is a mobile photography studio where we come to you. We will arrive about an hour before your scheduled portrait session and Pop up our studio. Ideally we would like to park on a flat area in front of your home. If you have an outdoor electric outlet accessible we can run power to our trailer and provide air conditioning. If not we have a generator but prefer not to use it because of the noise.

Once we are set up, we would love for you and your four legged friend to be greeted outside the studio. We will immediately share some treats with your pup to warm them up. Some pups may be hesitant at first to enter the trailer, but most jump right in. We will then let them settle and get them used to the flashes by giving treats.

Then the fun begins, the photoshoot may last 20-45 min per pup. There is room in the trailer for 1-2 additional people. There is seating behind the photographer or right next to your pup. We encourage you to try and stay calm and let the photographer work their magic while photographing.

After the Photo session you and your pup can return to the comfort of your home while we set up for the viewing/ sales session. It takes about 30 min for us to transform the studio into a theatre gallery. All decision makers need to be present for the ordering session. This is the only time that the portraits will be available for purchase and payment is required in full at the time of placing the order.

We use professional photo labs to create high quality artwork. There are 4 size options for acrylic wall art 12x12 ($500), 16x16 ($625), 20x20 ($850), and 24x24 ($1,100). The wall art comes ready to hang and includes free shipping. If you know where you would like the art to be presented in your home we can measure the area to make sure the wall art fills the space adequately. There is a one print minimum before digitals are available for purchase.

Social media digitals are available for purchase for $99 each or a buy all for 50% off once print minimum is met. The digitals do not come with print rights and will have the Pups logo.

PetWorks Cancellation Policy Pet Care Professional's Own Policy If a pet care professional has published their own cancellation or refund policy, that policy governs the refund of the service amount only. Any PetWorks fees, including the Care Coverage Fee and Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee, are governed by this PetWorks Cancellation Policy and not by the pet care professional's policy. Pet Parent Cancels If the pet care professional has not published their own cancellation policy, the service amount is refundable only if the pet parent cancels at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the booking. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable for the service amount. The Care Coverage Fee is non-refundable when a pet parent cancels, regardless of timing and regardless of whether the pet care professional has their own cancellation policy. Pet Parent No-Show If a pet parent does not show up for a confirmed booking, no refund will be issued for the service amount or the Care Coverage Fee. Pet Care Professional Cancels If a pet care professional cancels a confirmed booking, the pet parent receives a 100% refund of everything they paid, including the Care Coverage Fee. The pet care professional receives no payment for the canceled service and is charged a Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee equal to 10% of the service amount, up to a maximum of $150. PetWorks may collect this fee by deducting it from a future payout through PetWorks or by other means if no future payout is available. Policy in Effect at Booking The cancellation rules that apply to a booking, including any pet care professional cancellation policy on file and the Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee rate, are those that were in effect when the booking was confirmed.
