My name is Benjamin Lang. I am a spiritual teacher, healing facilitator and a wholehearted lover of ALL animals.

I approach my craft as an avid seeker of truth in service of loving wholeness.

I am a Reiki Master formally trained in the Usui-Tibetan tradition, a fusion of the original Japanese system and shamanic healing techniques. I’ve been practicing since 2014.

My practice is a product of my gifts, skills and talents through dedicated education, clinical experience and intuitive ability. The work itself integrates both the channeling and structuring of universal life force energy via reiki, geometry and crystal instruments.

Between 2016-2018, I was the resident Reiki Master at The Alchemist’s Kitchen, where I offered private sessions and led monthly circles. In 2018, I opened a studio in Brooklyn to focus on developing my unique energywork modality. From 2019-2020 I joined the Assemblage to lead weekly energy balancing circles. During the closures of 2020, my offering went more virtual and I began guiding weekly meditations for the Assemblage community online. In 2021 I enjoyed a few event-based collaborations with a host of clients, including Showfields, Endota Spa and Prospect Farms (a pet CBD company). In 2021 and 2022, I produced and directed a wellness and education stage at Elements Music Festival called the Aether Stage, where I hosted circles and led classes. And over this last year I've had the privilege of leading reiki circles at Lightning in a Bottle in CA and Dance Beyond in NY.

Growing up, my dream superpower was to talk to animals. While my friends would wish for the ability of flight or invisibility, my wish was just to talk to animals and be their trusted human ambassador.

In university, I rescued a pitbull mix named Hero and he changed my life forever. He was the greatest catalyst for growth I had yet experienced. And because of him, I came to know and honor that animals are our wise spiritual teachers.

I believe healing as inner work is ultimately wholly personal; we are our own healers. And we have all have the opportunity to hold space for this sacred process. We are all on the journey together, and together we have the ability to experience a most brilliant transformation.
