Bulletproof Private Dog Training - San Antonio, TX

Member since Jan 2020

At Bulletproof Dog Training, we are passionate about transforming your furry friends into well-mannered companions through our comprehensive 15-day board and train program. Since 2020, our certified team has been dedicated to using positive reinforcement techniques, paired with the guidance of an e-collar, to instill core commands such as Come, Sit, Down, Place, and Heel. Throughout the program, we provide video updates and photos, allowing you to witness your dog's progress every step of the way. On the day of pick-up, we dedicate three hours to ensure you are fully equipped to communicate effectively with your newly trained dog.

Our training philosophy revolves around building a solid foundation through distance, duration, and distraction, ensuring your pup not only masters 12 essential commands but also becomes heavily socialized and off-leash capable. We pride ourselves on preparing your pet for real-world scenarios by exposing them to various environments such as stores and crowds. Additionally, we address house manners, vehicle loading, and correct common behavioral issues to ensure your pet is well-rounded and ready to integrate seamlessly into your daily life.

We understand the value of convenience, which is why we offer mobile services to serve all dogs, regardless of size, within our designated travel radius. Whether your pet is under 20 lbs or over 80 lbs, our tailored approach is designed to meet their unique needs. Trust in our expertise and dedication to deliver unparalleled results. This place is by far the best training facility I have seen! I have a 3 yr Great Pyrenees Rescue that had no training and he was to much for me to handle on my own. I had used some other trainers in the past for some of my others but I never had any success so I was not getting to excited about trying another place. But after reading about them and being owned and trained by Veterans I was sold. I took him in and I met the new trainer Gage. I liked him and facilitates right away. i left my baby there 15 days and Gage was awesome, he was constantly sending me videos and photos of his progression .Then after the time was up we went in for the training of me. Anyway, my dog is perfect, and I would not suggest a better place!

My dog and I needed some fine tuning, and being military myself, I didn't see the need to go anywhere else beyond Bullet Proof. Bullet Poof is owned and operated by military dog trainers. Marcel was assigned as 'our' trainer and I couldn't have been more pleased with our results. Marcel taught Hunter what he needed to be safe and reactive to my commands and he taught me how to be in control as Hunter's owner. Marcel taught me that it's one thing to be my dog's care giver but another to be the 'Alpha' in our relationship, and that being the 'Alpha' is what makes a solid and safe relationship between myself and my dog. Hunter loved Marcel even after the training was complete and I'm kind of fond of him too :-) Marcel kept me informed and provided pictures and video's of Hunter the entire two weeks; so I may have missed my dog but I knew he was safe and cared for the entire time. It is the hardest thing to leave your fur baby with strangers but Marcel and the Bullet Proof team quickly became part of our family. I couldn't have asked for better results or a better trainer, thank you Marcel and Bullet Proof!!
