The breed

The Norwich Terrier is a small, sturdy dog with a compact body, short legs, and an alert, foxlike expression. Its wiry coat is typically red, wheaten, black and tan, or grizzle, with a slightly shaggy look around the face and neck. Unlike the similar Norfolk Terrier, the Norwich has upright, pointed ears. Its tail is usually carried cheerfully, adding to its lively appearance.

Norwich Terriers are known for being spirited, affectionate, and confident. They tend to be curious little dogs with plenty of energy and a strong interest in their surroundings. Despite their small size, they often have a bold, determined personality typical of terrier breeds. They are generally sociable and enjoy being involved in family activities, combining playful enthusiasm with a friendly, companionable nature.

Are you looking for a small, lively companion that enjoys joining in with everyday adventures? Consider a Norwich Terrier for that spirited role.
