You create a bookable custom quote when and your pet parent have already conversed about the service that you will be providing, and have agreed upon how much you are to be paid for your service. A customized quote is booked by a pet parent who isn’t booking you via any of your pricing packages.
There are two primary instances where custom quotes are useful:
- You and the pet parent who is booking you would like to have a booked session/service which is not currently listed as one of your pricing packages. You can customize the amount for the session you’re offering. Then the pet parent can pay it.
- You and the pet parent who is booking you have agreed that the pet parent needs to pay you more than the pet parent has already paid you. You can customize that additional amount as a booking. Then the pet parent can pay it.
Here is how you can create a bookable custom quote:
Step 1: While you are messaging with a pet parent, you’ll notice a small green dollar sign icon which is right about the the message field:
Step 2: Click on that small green dollar sign icon. You’ll then see a pop-up which gives you the option to enter any dollar amount that you would like to request the pet parent pay to you:
Once you’ve submitted your custom quote to your pet parent, Petworks immediately notifies the parent, and we provide the parent with a link which the parent can use to book and pay you for the quote.
