As a Petworks pet care service professional, it’s important that you be enrolled in text alerts from Petworks. This will enable you to receive texts from Petworks. Our texts will notify you each time a pet parent would like to book your pet care service or communicate with you. Here’s how you can enroll:
Step 1: Go to your Account Page
Step 2: Make sure you have your correct mobile phone number listed, and then check off the “Text Alerts?” box. Then click on the ‘Save Information’ button.
Now when Petworks pet parents are contacting you, you’ll receive text alerts along with email notifications from Petworks.
Once in a blue moon, you might temporarily stop receiving text alerts from Petworks. If this happens, text the word START to 860-200-3364.
