An animal communication session to connect with your pet in spirit. Your pet could have recently transitioned, or they could have passed away many years ago. No matter how much time has passed, your pet's spirit is still able to communicate with you through intuition and telepathy. If you have specific questions you'd like to ask your pet in spirit, you may include 3, otherwise we can offer the session as Free Flowing to allow the pet's soul to freely communicate anything of their choosing.

SCHEDULING
Upon accepting your booking, Morgan will reach out to you to arrange for the scheduling of your service/session. In the unlikely event that your service cannot be scheduled, rest assured that you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made 24 hours to 1 days before the scheduled service will receive a 75% refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not receive a refund. For emergency situations, a full refund will be offered, but for cancellations less than 24 hours' notice, you will have to contact me directly to receive your full refund (even in emergencies). Once a session is paid-for, it is valid until we schedule the appointment, so opt to reschedule if you don't need a refund and wish to keep your appointment.
• Care Coverage is non-refundable when you cancel. • If you don't show up, the booking is not eligible for a refund. • If your pet care professional cancels, you'll receive a 100% refund, including Care Coverage.

Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. PetWorks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Morgan accepts your booking offer. Morgan needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Morgan declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.
