Upon accepting your booking, Michelle will reach out to you to arrange for the scheduling of your service/session. In the unlikely event that your service cannot be scheduled, rest assured that you will receive a full refund.

Payment

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a 75% refund.
• Care Coverage is non-refundable when you cancel. • If you don't show up, the booking is not eligible for a refund. • If your pet care professional cancels, you'll receive a 100% refund, including Care Coverage.

Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. PetWorks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Michelle accepts your booking offer. Michelle needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Michelle declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.
