✨ During your party, each guest can receive a mini reading for their pet, whether the pet is living or in spirit. (Don’t worry, your pet doesn’t need to attend! A photo is all I need.)

✨ These parties are a fun, heartwarming way to connect with your pets, share laughs and surprises with friends, and experience the joy of animal communication together.

Upon accepting your booking, Brandi will reach out to you to arrange for the scheduling of your service/session. In the unlikely event that your service cannot be scheduled, rest assured that you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will not receive a refund.
• Care Coverage is non-refundable when you cancel. • If you don't show up, the booking is not eligible for a refund. • If your pet care professional cancels, you'll receive a 100% refund, including Care Coverage.

Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. PetWorks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Brandi accepts your booking offer. Brandi needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Brandi declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.
