Ritz was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we booked her services to the time she safely delivered our puppies, her communication was top-notch and deeply appreciated. Ritz flew to Oklahoma to pick up our two Australian Labradoodles and brought them all the way back to Boston for us. She kept both the breeder and me updated with thoughtful texts throughout their journey, ensuring we were always in the loop.
