Lauren did a wonderful job on the picture of our beloved dog, Mellie. Very positive experience.

The service and product was great.

First, Lauren did so well bringing our deceased let alive that my 1 year old was immediately able to tell who it was.

She did this just from looking at the photo.

Second, usps lost the parcel, Lauren went down to the usps personally to help sort things out and they were able to locate it and get it moving.

Excellent ongoing communication throughout the process and a much treasured and beautiful drawing of our late pet.
