It’s such a heartbreaking tender time when we have to say goodbye to our fur babies. Lexi was so much more than a kitty to me. I truly appreciated the sensitivity from the Honor Pet Team and how simple and easy they made the process. The wooden box with the brass silhouette of a cat on top was more beautiful in person than on the website and the perfect size. The box and all the little extras that they put in there were very much appreciated and very kind. I would definitely recommend them when the time comes for your fur baby.

I don’t even know where to start. Dr Scott was AMAZING and very comforting to our pain of losing our childhood dog. I had such an amazing experience knowing our little chihuahua went peacefully to dog heaven. He gave us all the information we needed to understand the procedure and was there to comfort our baby with treats in her last moments. The lady upfront was so nice and gave us all the info in regard to receiving her ashes and a few keepsakes. THANK YOU SO MUCH Honor Pet! You definitely made this painful loss a bit easier and I’m in peace knowing our baby left this world in peace.

Two weeks ago I had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to my best friend of almost 15 years. We found Honor Pet while in the emergency room and felt aligned with their commitment to sustainability along with their understanding of what this moment means for many. We were able to book an appointment with a few hours notice. This option allowed us the opportunity to have one last night cuddled in bed, to give Pique bacon for breakfast, a juicy Wagyu steak for lunch and an afternoon spent lounging in the sun before Dr. Scott arrived. I didn’t know what to expect, but the patience and compassion shown by Dr. Scott made one of the most difficult moments of my life thus far, calm and relaxed. His knowledge put any reservations I had at ease and assured me that I was making the best choice. He gave us the time we needed to say goodbye and truly listened as I shared stories of my sweet boy. Dr. Scott and Honor Pet excelled in their display of kindness, compassion and respect every step of the way and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. The peace provided in this moment is something I will remember for the rest of my life.

We picked up our Satchel today and wanted to express how happy and grateful we were for all the care they gave him. It's good to have him back home. He is now resting on our credenza with Waldo, Barney, Shadow, Tessie, Otis, and Miles. From the moment they received Satchel from our vet, they demonstrated to us that they honestly were feeling our pain and that they were going to do right for him. When we picked him up, he was presented in a very nice package. Inside were his remains inside the cardboard temporary urn that we ordered. (We purchased a brass urn from another vendor.) Also inside were various items conveying sentiments and comfort. We received a nose print, name plate, and a vile of fur. All our dogs have been either cremated or aquamated. All the providers have been fine, all have been sympathetic. But, none provided us with the same high level of tangible representation of how much they sympathized with us and how important it was for them to value Satchel's being - in whatever form it took.
