Mike helped me move my cats and dogs from New York to Tennessee, which was no small task, since a lot of my pets have medications that needed to be given at certain times. From start to finish, the experience was incredible. Before I even booked, I was nervous about what kind of be vehicle my pets would be transported in. Mike took the time personally come to my house and show me the setup - clean, comfortable, and clearly designed with the pets’ wellbeing in mind. That extra step meant so much to me and made me feel at ease. During the trip, he sent tons of videos and updates, keeping me informed and reassured the entire way. It was clear from every message that he genuinely cared about their comfort and health. Knowing they were in such good hands helped me relax during the stress of moving. He even checked in after they were dropped off to ask how everyone was settling into the new house. From the moment he stepped foot in our now previous New York home, you could feel warm, positive energy flow out of him. He said hello to everyone including the new owners and then wanted to meet the cats. Let me tell you that these 3 cats NEVER let a stranger anywhere within 10 feet of them, let alone pet them. They immediately let Michael into their circle of trust. We knew at that moment you could trust this man with your loved ones. We said goodbye to our babies.
