I selected EQ Pet Travel to transport my two older dogs across country. Jani did a fantastic job, the dogs immediately took to her and although my bulldog is a brachycephalic breed, I knew he'd be looked after, since she has experience with those breeds. She took lots of pictures of the dogs during the trip and hubbs was always asking if she sent any new ones. They look so happy and well cared for. Jani was responsive to my needs. I had medical issues that changed my plans and she was flexible with the times. My Mia was cared for well and acclimated quickly upon arrival home. Jani was prompt when giving times.

Jani took such amazing care of our dog Ginger. She drove her more than halfway across the country and was very communicative throughout the entire process. Ginger even had a hard time saying goodbye to her new friend when she was dropped off. It’s clear that Jani cares deeply about the pets she transports and puts their needs first.
