Roxana was my first dog ever and we were instant companions for eleven years – that is why this was so painful. She really did raise my kids and do everything else with me. It was REALLY important to me for you to be there because I don’t trust anyone else. I appreciate how professional you always are and you are such an inspiration to me as a professional.

Where do I even begin? Letting go of a member of your family is one of the hardest moments ever and the thought of anyone or anything making it even a little bit easier seems impossible, but somehow you managed to do that. With Griffin being moved around so much in his life, it was so important to us that he was able to go peacefully and comfortably in his final home and we are so beyond grateful we found you. You’re so genuinely kind and caring and truly like and angel for Griffin. I cannot imagine how tough your job must be but please know how appreciative we are that you do what you do so our loved ones are able to be safe can comfortable in their homes. You made the whole process so much easier and we are forever thankful. You’re truly and amazing person.

My family just really wanted to thank you for how amazing you guys were in such a difficult situation. We can’t thank you enough for your input, experiences, knowledge and how the whole process was handled. Although extremely difficult, you guys really gave us perspective, hope and peace.
