Rayna Thornton

We cannot recommend Rayna enough. We are beyond impressed with her training skills and although she is a balanced trainer… she really does use a lot of positive reinforcement. We like to spoil our dogs but we know that they need structure and boundaries too, so with Rayna's help, we achieved that.

Rayna worked with my very rambunctious mini Goldendoodle puppy. She is an excellent trainer. I love that she takes the time to answer any questions, offering suggestions along the process. Maxx has grown tremendously. I take pride I seeing him respond so well.

I’ve seen Rayna work her personal dogs in dog sports and they’re so fun to watch!! She takes the time to focus on the minor details when it comes to training. She takes in rescues and works with them also!

Rayna is an amazing trainer! I live in Naples and I brought my dog all the way up to her and she did such a great job. You can tell she really cares and takes the time to really get to know your dog and understand your dog. I would recommend Better Obedience to anyone in the Jacksonville area and or Florida.

We got a puppy who was extremely stubborn and headstrong with a side of anxiety. Rayna came to our home and helped us learn to communicate with our pup effectively! We also chose to have our pup complete the 2 week board and train at Rayna’s home. She worked miracles with our dog. We were at our wits end and she saved us all! She also is happy to answer any follow up questions I have about the dog and what to do should a shenanigan occur. Would use again if we needed her assistance!! Highly recommend.
