By stimulating the autonomic nervous system, we put the body into rest and digest mode. Since stress can wreak havoc on the immune system and cell regeneration, I will employ lymph drainage techniques to boost immune defense and encourage cell turnover.

This is a slow, gentle massage session. Sometimes that means your dog may not feel comfortable with me touching them for the full 15 minutes. Either way, I will spend 15 minutes doing decompression, self-soothe, and conditioning with your dog.
