Upon accepting your booking, Christopher will reach out to you to arrange for the scheduling of your service/session. In the unlikely event that your service cannot be scheduled, rest assured that you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund. • Cancellations made 24 hours to 2 days before the scheduled service will not receive a refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not receive a refund.
• Care Coverage is non-refundable when you cancel. • If you don't show up, the booking is not eligible for a refund. • If your pet care professional cancels, you'll receive a 100% refund, including Care Coverage.
