Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. Petworks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Misty accepts your booking offer. Misty needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Misty declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.

Refund Policy - Misty Leon

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 24 hours to 2 days before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a 25% refund.
