Transport is quote-first. A pet parent sends you their trip details - pickup, drop-off, dates, and the animal - and you reply with a custom quote. Larger trips can be split into a deposit up front and a balance later, so you are never asked to price a cross-country move like a one-hour appointment.

Can I list flight nanny, relocation, and pet taxi trips?

Yes. Transport covers ground transport, flight nanny service, relocation, pet taxi, and international shipping. You can list more than one of these and show your typical rates on each listing.

How much does it cost to list my pet transport business?

Pro membership is free once you're approved. Optional Featured and Premium subscription upgrades are paid. The booking fee is 15% on the first $1,000 of a booking + 3% on every dollar over $1,000 - which matters more here than in any other category, because a long cross-country haul is never charged a flat 15%.

How do I get pet transport jobs through PetWorks?

Pet parents find your listing, send you their trip, and you reply with a quote. Once they accept and pay, the trip lands in your PetWorks inbox with their contact details and the animal's information, and you arrange the pickup with them directly. You mark the job complete when the animal is delivered. This tutorial video walks through the platform end to end.

When do I get paid for a transport job?

On a deposit-and-balance quote you are paid twice. The deposit is charged as soon as the pet parent accepts and pays out on its own; the balance is charged and paid out after the trip. Funds often arrive within a few business days, though your first payout may take longer while Stripe verifies your account. Premium members with instant payouts may receive funds sooner.

How do pet parents pay me?

Once you enroll in online payments, pet parents book you online using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, and Klarna. Our payments are powered by Stripe.

What areas can I run pet transport trips in?

PetWorks covers the United States and Canada, and transport is the category where that matters most - pet parents routinely book a pro in another state to drive or fly their animal to them. Your listing shows where you are based, and you can quote trips far outside your own region, including international shipping.

Why list my pet transport business on PetWorks?

Can I join PetWorks without using your payment system?

You cannot list your pet care services with PetWorks without enrolling in our payment system.

Can I create a listing if I'm not in the U.S.?

Yes, if you're in Canada! We currently welcome pet pros and pet parents in the United States and Canada. For this reason, we're only looking for pet lovers in the U.S. and Canada to join us (for now!)
