Email Consultation Process Includes:

01.STRATEGY
- You provide detailed information about your lost pet and methods you have already used in your search. We analyze the information you provide. We carefully compare your case to the thousands of case files we have on record.
- We develop a personalized Initial Plan of Action and any Case Feedback critical to your case.
- We email you the Lost Dog or Cat Recovery Guide in pdf format.

02.ACTION
- We review satellite maps of the search area. Make notes and send you copies via email.
- We develop a detailed Search Strategy specific to your case.
- Email you to share the information with you and answer any questions.

03.SUPPORT
- Provide a lost pet flyer template or create a lost pet flyer for you, if needed.
- Provide resources, if needed.

SCHEDULING
Upon accepting your booking, Annalisa will reach out to you to arrange for the scheduling of your service/session. In the unlikely event that your service cannot be scheduled, rest assured that you will receive a full refund.

Payment

Cancellation Policy
• All cancellations are non-refundable.
• Care Coverage is non-refundable when you cancel. • If you don't show up, the booking is not eligible for a refund. • If your pet care professional cancels, you'll receive a 100% refund, including Care Coverage.

Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. PetWorks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Annalisa accepts your booking offer. Annalisa needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Annalisa declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.
