Upon accepting your booking, Samantha will reach out to you to arrange for the scheduling of your service/session. In the unlikely event that your service cannot be scheduled, rest assured that you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 4 days or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
• Care Coverage is non-refundable when you cancel. • If you don't show up, the booking is not eligible for a refund. • If your pet care professional cancels, you'll receive a 100% refund, including Care Coverage.

Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. PetWorks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Samantha accepts your booking offer. Samantha needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Samantha declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.
