Upon accepting your booking, Jisu will reach out to you to arrange for the scheduling of your service/session. In the unlikely event that your service cannot be scheduled, rest assured that you will receive a full refund.

Payment

Cancellation Policy
• All cancellations are non-refundable. Because the portrait is custom-created, I cannot offer any refunds. Thank you for your understanding! Due to the nature of custom created works, I cannot accept returns or exchanges.
• Care Coverage is non-refundable when you cancel. • If you don't show up, the booking is not eligible for a refund. • If your pet care professional cancels, you'll receive a 100% refund, including Care Coverage.
