Upon accepting your booking, Jessica will reach out to you to arrange for the scheduling of your service/session. In the unlikely event that your service cannot be scheduled, rest assured that you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 4 days or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made 48 hours to 3 days before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will not receive a refund. Consider rescheduling your appointment to a time more convenient as opposed to losing your payment. Should circumstances change before we begin working together and no appointment time has been scheduled, refunds are available within 2 weeks of payment date. All session types are good for up to six months from purchase date.
• Care Coverage is non-refundable when you cancel. • If you don't show up, the booking is not eligible for a refund. • If your pet care professional cancels, you'll receive a 100% refund, including Care Coverage.

Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. PetWorks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Jessica accepts your booking offer. Jessica needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Jessica declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.
