• All cancellations are non-refundable.
• Care Coverage is non-refundable when you cancel. • If you don't show up, the booking is not eligible for a refund. • If your pet care professional cancels, you'll receive a 100% refund, including Care Coverage.

Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. PetWorks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Jamie accepts your booking offer. Jamie needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Jamie declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.
