You Can Grieve - Pet Loss Support - Nationwide

Losing a beloved companion can turn your entire world upside down.

Whether your friend passed unexpectedly, you're preparing for a scheduled goodbye, or you're wondering how you're supposed to move forward after losing the one who knew you best, you don't have to carry it alone.

My name is Bre, and I'm a Pet Grief Support Specialist dedicated to supporting people through one of the most heartbreaking experiences they'll ever face. I believe our friends are never "just pets." They are family, safe places, daily routines, adventure partners, soulmates, and sometimes the very reason we get out of bed each morning. When they're gone, it can feel like your world has shattered, your purpose has disappeared, and the lighthouse that guided you through life is no longer there.

I understand that kind of love because I've lived it. I know what it's like to lose a companion who wasn't just part of your life, but part of who you are. That's why I created You Can Grieve.

My Approach

I don't believe healing asks us to choose between loving our companion and living our lives. I believe healing is learning how to carry their love with us while finding our footing in a world where they are no longer physically by our side.

Our companions are so much more than the day they died. Their story is bigger than its ending. Together, we'll make space for their entire story by remembering the laughter, the routines, the adventures, the silly quirks, the unconditional love, and the countless ways they changed your life.

As a Pet Grief Support Specialist, I don't provide therapy or tell you how you "should" grieve. Instead, I offer a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. Sometimes that means crying together. Sometimes it means sitting quietly because there are no words. Sometimes it means gently untangling the guilt, regret, or "what if" thoughts that keep replaying in your mind. Other times, it means finding meaningful ways to honor your companion's life or rediscovering pieces of yourself that may feel lost right now.

You never have to protect me from your emotions. There is no right or wrong way to grieve here. My hope is that you leave each session feeling seen, heard, supported, and reminded that while your companion's life has ended, the love and connection you shared never will.

Services include:
• One-on-one virtual pet grief support sessions
• Anticipatory grief support before a scheduled euthanasia
• Ongoing text support between sessions (package options available)

I am a Pet Grief Support Specialist, not a licensed mental health therapist. My role is to provide compassionate grief support, a safe place to process your emotions, and guidance as you navigate the loss of your beloved companion. If I ever believe you'd benefit from additional mental health support, I'll gladly help connect you with appropriate resources.

There is no right way to grieve. There is only your way.

If you're here because you miss your best friend, I'd be honored to listen to their story.

💙 There are moments in the grief process when what you need most is simply to be heard by someone who truly understands — someone who knows that the loss of a pet is not a small thing, that the silence in the home is real, and that what you are carrying deserves the same compassion and attention as any profound loss. That is what Breyon offers.

What Breyon Can Help You With

Pet loss grief arrives differently for everyone — and Breyon works with each client according to where they are in their own process, without a fixed agenda or a predetermined timeline. Sessions with Breyon typically address processing the immediate emotional aftermath of losing a pet, navigating anticipatory grief for those preparing to say goodbye to an aging or seriously ill companion, working through guilt and doubt around end-of-life decisions including euthanasia, finding meaningful and personal ways to honor your pet's memory, adjusting to a daily routine that has been fundamentally altered by their absence, and helping other family members — including children and surviving pets — move through the loss in their own way. If you are not sure exactly what you need, that is completely normal. Breyon's first session is designed to help you find that out together.

Why Book With Breyon

Choosing the right person to help you through pet loss is a deeply personal decision — and the most important thing is finding someone whose presence feels safe and whose approach feels right for you. Breyon brings verified credentials, real client experience, and a genuine understanding of the human-animal bond to every session. Because sessions are conducted virtually, there is no commute, no waiting room, and no need to hold yourself together in a clinical setting — you can show up exactly as you are, from the place where you feel closest to your pet's memory. Breyon serves clients throughout Texas and is available to anyone nationwide through PetWorks.

🦔 How Booking a Session With Breyon Works
