Our brand new home is a spacious 3400 sq. facility complete with floor to ceiling windows. We practically took this building down to the studs! The budget certainly knocked more than a few of the nine lives off our construction budget. We had a vision to build a cat hotel to suit even the finickiest feline tastes in accommodations and entertainment. After 2 ½ years of research, cat napping, planning, dreaming, and then actually building all of that into one fantastic place we were finally able to move into our furrever home on June 21st of 2019! =^..^=

The Cats' Inn includes 30 cottages complete with window views of the beautiful rolling hills of Belmont and overlooking the east side of our new facility. The next upgrade after Kitty cottages are our fabulous Town houses for those felines that like more leg and lots of paw stretching room. Movin’ on up to the much sought-after Kitty Villas; single cat Villas as well as extra-Large Villas for cat families up to 5 cats. Most of the Villas have floor to ceiling windows with cat cubbies and cat perches. The other have skylights that turn into solar nightlights when it gets dark outside. For siblings we offer our brand-new Adjoining Suites with glass doors and our Double Suites. We kept our single suites to suit more moderate tastes and placed them in varying locations throughout our facility to accommodate each cat’s unique purrsonality.​We also expanded our grooming services, having discovered that cats do in fact like baths! Our kitty spa guests love getting pampered and know how much their parents will love the way they feel and smell when they pick them up! We now offer a full range of services, including fur therapy baths, Lion cuts, Panty shaves, Tummy Shaves, soft paw mani/pedis and hot oil treatments. We raised the bar for gentle grooming, so much so that even other groomers recommend our services consistently. For those guests that opt to forgo spa treatments, we strive to ensure they leave us looking better than when they arrived. Daily brush-outs are a must!​

PetWorks Cancellation Policy Pet Care Professional's Own Policy If a pet care professional has published their own cancellation or refund policy, that policy governs the refund of the service amount only. Any PetWorks fees, including the Care Coverage Fee and Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee, are governed by this PetWorks Cancellation Policy and not by the pet care professional's policy. Pet Parent Cancels If the pet care professional has not published their own cancellation policy, the service amount is refundable only if the pet parent cancels at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the booking. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable for the service amount. The Care Coverage Fee is non-refundable when a pet parent cancels, regardless of timing and regardless of whether the pet care professional has their own cancellation policy. Pet Parent No-Show If a pet parent does not show up for a confirmed booking, no refund will be issued for the service amount or the Care Coverage Fee. Pet Care Professional Cancels If a pet care professional cancels a confirmed booking, the pet parent receives a 100% refund of everything they paid, including the Care Coverage Fee. The pet care professional receives no payment for the canceled service and is charged a Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee equal to 10% of the service amount, up to a maximum of $150. PetWorks may collect this fee by deducting it from a future payout through PetWorks or by other means if no future payout is available. Policy in Effect at Booking The cancellation rules that apply to a booking, including any pet care professional cancellation policy on file and the Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee rate, are those that were in effect when the booking was confirmed.
