Based in the Tampa Bay area, I provide dedicated in-cabin flight nanny services for puppies and dogs weighing 18 lbs or less traveling throughout the United States.

I can pick up your pet at Tampa International Airport (TPA), St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE), or Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) and personally accompany them in the cabin to their destination airport. I also offer nationwide pickup, bringing your pet safely back to Tampa Bay and delivering them to one of our local airports. For added convenience, I can provide ground transportation within 45 minutes of your chosen Tampa Bay airport for an additional fee.

Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have more than 10 years of professional canine-care experience, including work as a Certified Service Dog Trainer, Kennel Technician, Professional Dog Groomer, and Dog sitter.

My professional experience has given me extensive experience handling dogs with a wide range of personalities, needs, and temperaments. I understand how important it is to provide calm, attentive care, especially when a pet is experiencing the stress of travel.

What's Included:

Your pet will receive dedicated, one-on-one care throughout their journey. I provide:

In-cabin transportation
An airline-appropriate pet carrier
Potty pads
Travel water/food dish
Regular care and monitoring throughout the journey
Photo and text updates so you know how your pet is doing
Safe hand-off directly to the designated receiver at the destination airport

Pricing

Every trip is individually quoted based on the route, flight schedule, travel time, and logistics. I prefer to provide an all-inclusive trip quote whenever possible so you know the total cost before booking.

Service fees start at $450, with airfare and airline pet fees added based on the selected itinerary.

A deposit equal to the cost of airfare and airline pet fees is required to secure your travel date. Because flights are purchased specifically for your pet's transportation, airfare and airline pet fees are non-refundable once the itinerary has been booked. The remaining service balance is due prior to departure.

Because airline policies, pet restrictions, and available routes vary, I will confirm that your pet and itinerary are eligible for in-cabin travel before booking.

PetWorks Cancellation Policy Pet Care Professional's Own Policy If a pet care professional has published their own cancellation or refund policy, that policy governs the refund of the service amount only. Any PetWorks fees, including the Care Coverage Fee and Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee, are governed by this PetWorks Cancellation Policy and not by the pet care professional's policy. Pet Parent Cancels If the pet care professional has not published their own cancellation policy, the service amount is refundable only if the pet parent cancels at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the booking. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable for the service amount. The Care Coverage Fee is non-refundable when a pet parent cancels, regardless of timing and regardless of whether the pet care professional has their own cancellation policy. Pet Parent No-Show If a pet parent does not show up for a confirmed booking, no refund will be issued for the service amount or the Care Coverage Fee. Pet Care Professional Cancels If a pet care professional cancels a confirmed booking, the pet parent receives a 100% refund of everything they paid, including the Care Coverage Fee. The pet care professional receives no payment for the canceled service and is charged a Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee equal to 10% of the service amount, up to a maximum of $150. PetWorks may collect this fee by deducting it from a future payout through PetWorks or by other means if no future payout is available. Policy in Effect at Booking The cancellation rules that apply to a booking, including any pet care professional cancellation policy on file and the Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee rate, are those that were in effect when the booking was confirmed.
