Raven’s K9 to 5 Pet Boarding, Sitting, Daycare & Farm Care - Louisville, KY

Member since Nov 2020

Are you looking for reliable, professional pet care you can truly trust?

At Raven’s K9 to 5 Pet Services, I provide personalized, Fear Free Certified and insured care for your pets in a safe, stress-free environment. Whether you’re heading out of town, working long hours, or just need an extra hand, I’ve got you covered.

I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, house sitting, boarding, daycare, farm sitting, and pet waste removal, all tailored to your pet’s routine and individual needs.

Your pets are cared for in a kennel-free, home-style environment or the comfort of their own home. Pets are allowed on furniture (unless you prefer otherwise) and receive one-on-one attention, not lost in a large group setting. I keep a low number of pets to ensure quality care and safety.

✔ Fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time
✔ Flexible scheduling with early drop-offs and late pick-ups available
✔ Medication administration if needed
✔ Experience with dogs, cats, exotics, and farm animals (including horses, chickens, and more)
✔ Pet waste removal services available

You’ll always stay connected with daily updates, photos, and report cards, so you have complete peace of mind while you’re away.

This is a small, personalized business, not a facility, which means your pets get the attention, care, and love they deserve.

Spots are limited to maintain quality care, so reach out today to reserve your dates. I’d love to care for your pets like they’re my own.

How did you hone your craft?

I’ve built my experience through years of hands-on pet care with a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, exotics, and farm animals. What started as a passion for animals grew into my own business, Raven’s K9 to 5 Pet Services. I’ve continued to refine my skills through real-world experience and professional training, including becoming Fear Free Certified and completing Pet First Aid & CPR. I focus on understanding each pet’s unique personality, routine, and comfort level to provide safe, low-stress, personalized care every time.

What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?

The biggest tip I can give pet parents is to keep things as consistent and stress-free as possible for your pet. Animals thrive on routine, so maintaining their normal feeding schedule, environment, and habits makes a huge difference when you’re away. It also really helps to communicate the little details—things like their quirks, triggers, favorite toys, or routines. Those small insights allow me to provide care that feels familiar and comfortable to them, not disruptive.

What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!

One thing I want pet parents to know is that I treat every pet like they’re my own. I keep my care small, personal, and stress-free, your pet isn’t just another booking to me. I take the time to understand their personality, routine, and comfort level so they feel safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away.

Cat-astrophes happen! What is your cancellation policy?

PetWorks Cancellation Policy Pet Care Professional's Own Policy If a pet care professional has published their own cancellation or refund policy, that policy governs the refund of the service amount only. Any PetWorks fees, including the Care Coverage Fee and Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee, are governed by this PetWorks Cancellation Policy and not by the pet care professional's policy. Pet Parent Cancels If the pet care professional has not published their own cancellation policy, the service amount is refundable only if the pet parent cancels at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the booking. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable for the service amount. The Care Coverage Fee is non-refundable when a pet parent cancels, regardless of timing and regardless of whether the pet care professional has their own cancellation policy. Pet Parent No-Show If a pet parent does not show up for a confirmed booking, no refund will be issued for the service amount or the Care Coverage Fee. Pet Care Professional Cancels If a pet care professional cancels a confirmed booking, the pet parent receives a 100% refund of everything they paid, including the Care Coverage Fee. The pet care professional receives no payment for the canceled service and is charged a Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee equal to 10% of the service amount, up to a maximum of $150. PetWorks may collect this fee by deducting it from a future payout through PetWorks or by other means if no future payout is available. Policy in Effect at Booking The cancellation rules that apply to a booking, including any pet care professional cancellation policy on file and the Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee rate, are those that were in effect when the booking was confirmed.
