Hello my name is Rick Simard, and I'm a pet portrait artist based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. I've finally found my true passion in life. Although not classically trained in the fine arts, I have developed my God given skill to a level that many of my clients consider to be photo realistic; hence the name I chose for my company; Precision Pet Portraits. Perhaps my Engineering background has influenced my attention to detail approach with my artwork, fulfilling my goal to provide my clients with the most realistic imagery possible in the two dimensional environment in which I work. My belief is that capturing your pets personality is the essence of a great Pet Portrait, and the basis for your pets personality is derived from the eyes. My strategy in developing your Pet Portrait will be focused first on the eyes, this is the focal point where the animals heart and spirit can be found.
