Practical Pet Training - Hellertown, PA
I have been told that I understand dogs and cats and the struggles that pet parents have with their animals. I have the ability to relate to everyday difficulties and help resolve problems in a clear and fun way. My 8+ years as a professional trainer have given me the ability to train basic behaviors like potty to more complex behaviors. I am certified through the Council for Certified Professional Dog Trainers and am a Certified AKC evaluator. I have strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving. Combining that with my deep love for animals qualifies me to assist dogs, cats and their people to live harmoniously.
The methods that I use continue to adapt to the dogs and cats I meets along the way. Each dog is different. Each household is different. I use positive rewarding methods to bring out the pet’s natural behaviors in a constructive way for their breed or environment. My goal is to educate people on these methods and stop pets from being hurt in the name of “training”.
