PERSONAL Dog Walker in Van Nuys - Sherman Oaks, CA

Verified Member since Aug 2017

Hello! I’m Dominic, a dedicated pet care professional with over a decade of experience serving the Los Angeles area. My passion for animals is backed by my certifications in handling dogs of all sizes, from those under 20 lbs to those over 80 lbs. I specialize in personalized dog walking , ensuring that your furry friends receive the individual attention and care they deserve. Whether your dog needs a stroll around the block or to burn off some energy at the park, I provide tailored services to meet their specific needs.

I pride myself on offering one-on-one dog walks, focusing entirely on your pet to create a comfortable and stress-free experience. Before we begin, I offer a complimentary "Meet & Greet" session, allowing you and your pet to get acquainted with me and ensure I’m the right fit for your family. My dog walking rates start at $40 for a half-hour, one-mile walk for one dog, and I charge an additional $10 for each extra dog. I am flexible and willing to discuss rates based on the size and number of dogs you have. I do require 48-hour cancellation notice for any "furry" situations that may arise.

Services are available in Van Nuys and some surrounding areas. Please inquire for further questions. My commitment is to make pet care convenient and trustworthy for you. Ready to give your pets the care they deserve? Book me through Petworks today!

I'll take your furry companion for a 30 minute/One Mile walk depending on your pet's needs. In this time, I'll make sure they relieve themselves and have a great time outdoors. Some dogs need the walk, and some need to just play in the park for a little bit. This will be discussed in our "MEET & GREET". Please have all proper tools needed for walking your dog available (leash, muzzle, harness, any toys). I can't wait to meet you and your fuzzy friends!

How did you hone your craft?

I formerly worked for WAG, and I also have been a personal walker in the past. I love animals, and dog walking is something I truly enjoy.

What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?

Each dog is an individual, just like humans. They have feelings just like we do. And being a dog walker, I have to be attuned to what each animal is "saying", because what's good with one won't be for another.

What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!

I love music, especially electronic music.

PetWorks Cancellation Policy

Pet Care Professional's Own Policy
If a pet care professional has published their own cancellation or refund policy, that policy governs the refund of the service amount only. Any PetWorks fees, including the Care Coverage Fee and Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee, are governed by this PetWorks Cancellation Policy and not by the pet care professional's policy.

Pet Parent Cancels
