** We ask that you do not accept our quote without first speaking to us to make sure we are definitely available on the date or dates you would like. We cannot confirm a date until we speak to double check the weight and let you know what's required . And we do not want you to have to wait to get your money back and then find someone else if we're not available so communication up front is what we've always done, we've never not shown up.
We do offer private transports it is safer and allows us to interact with your fur-baby , but it is a little more costly!
I am happy to send pictures of your animals as we travel and take breaks. I believe in communication so will gladly update you along the way. If you are flexible with the dates, and want a shared transport I try my best to give shippers a discount. Please do not try to send your information before you have confirmed the job with me. Once confirmed we will be able to communicate via this site or text or email or the phone.
** We do take a deposit when booking with us 1/2 down then the other half when dropping off the animals**
