How did you hone your craft?

I worked at several big chain studios where I shot thousands of subjects over the years. When I began PawPawrazzi, I had a small portfolio of people who had brought their pets to the studios. I honed my pet photography by volunteering for various shelters and rescue groups.

What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?

Best tip I can give you is to get down on their level.

What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!

That I'm an animal lover and pet parent just like they are. I get how much they mean to you. Because they mean that much to me. Besides, to paraphrase a famous man, I never met an animal I didn't like.
