I am an insured overnight pet sitter who also does drop-in visits and dog walking in Thousand Oaks, California, and surrounding areas. I am skilled at administering various medications to pets. I have a deep love and care for the pets I serve. I treat them as my own. I have experience working with animals at all stages of life. I grew up with cats and dogs. I remember my mom got a cat when I was 6 or 7 years old. I didn't like the cat at first, but I learned how to care for her, and as I got older, I came to understand how they communicate differently than dogs and show love. I have two cats with my husband now. I love spending time cuddling or playing with your pets. You can be assured that I am trustworthy and reliable with your fur babies in your home while you're away. I will send you daily photo updates and ask questions if I have them. I have strong, open communication with the pet parents I work with and general knowledge of cat and dog behavior. I am learning to take care of all other pets, except snakes. So if you have other types of pets, feel free to inquire; you might have to train me on what to do, but I am a quick learner and excited to learn new skills. I also volunteer for a dog shelter (CARL) outside of my work as a pet sitter.
