Maria's Pet Services is a licensed and insured business operating in and around the Port Jefferson area of Long Island, NY. Services for cats & dogs, including traveling services. I come to your home and care for your pets in their environment where they feel the most comfortable. I also provide daily dog walking services. All pets must have up to date vaccinations for their safety, the safety of my other clients and myself. Proof of vaccines must be provided from a licensed Veterinarian. I provide free consultations where I meet with you and get to know your pets.
I am experienced caring for all types of breeds and do no discriminate. I am certified in pet first aid and CPR through the American Red Cross. I have experience caring for pets who require daily medication, are deaf, blind, and have physical disabilities. Be patient. Animals each have their own personalities and what may work with one, may not with a different animal. Be loving, kind and always stay informed. Learn as much as you can about each animal you work with from their people as well as observing them.
