Lucky Dawg Doggie Daycare and Boarding - Santa Fe, NM
Lucky Dawg Daycare opened in July of 2004 & is the first doggie daycare facility in Santa Fe, NM. It has been under one ownership for 16 years. We are not a Walmart type daycare, in that we don't have hundreds of dogs. We've found that pups play better and have more fun when it's a smaller & more manageable group and average about 25 - 30 dogs per day. Our staff is knowledgeable about canine behavior & can manage situations before they get out of hand. The dogs have to be current on required vaccines (Rabies, P/D & Bordatella) and if over the age of 7 months, must be spayed or neutered. Our indoor area is 1800 sq. ft. & has rubber flooring, so it's not so hard on their joints when they are jumping & running. Our 2200 sq. ft. outside area is fully fenced and has canine grass (artificial turf), which keeps things cleaner. We are open M-F from 7:30 am to 5 pm and offer Obedience classes on the weekends.
